   WHY THIS EXISTS
BLAZE, 15 Aug: "Why two icons? I think it is confusing." On some deals the
flow strip showed BOTH "Payment Due" and "Payment Pending" side by side.

WHAT THEY ACTUALLY ARE - measured on 84 live strips:
Payment Due the advance-payment gate. title starts "Advanced payment".
Click handler varies: _opPaidOpen(id) when the deal has an
                      op_flow row, otherwise _opStageClick(ref) - which is why a
handler-based selector catches only some of them. op_flow
holds 4 rows against 21,564 sales orders (see handover 9.25).
Payment Pending the AR settlement tracker injected by op_pay_icon.js,
                      marked data-blz-pay-cell="1".

Counts measured before this change: 2 strips showed both, 30 showed only
"Payment Pending", and ZERO showed "Payment Due" on its own. So the second
icon never carried a state the first did not - it only ever appeared as an
   extra on advance-payment deals.

WHY THE PAY-CELL IS THE ONE HIDDEN, AND ONLY THERE
On an advance-payment deal the pay-cell is the WRONG one: it applies its own
30-day default and printed "Due 2026-09-13" on a deal whose credit term is
Advance Payment - money owed BEFORE shipment. Hiding it there removes both
the duplicate icon and that contradiction. Where no advance-payment tile
exists the pay-cell is untouched, so the 30 credit-term strips keep it.

Selected on the title, not the click handler, so it holds for both handler
variants. :has() degrades safely - where unsupported nothing is hidden and
the strip behaves as it did before.

VERIFIED before writing: strips showing two payment tiles 2 -> 0, strips
   showing one 30 -> 32, row width 1465px unchanged, strip height 96px
   unchanged (standing rule 16).

STILL TO DO - this removes the duplicate, it does not yet deliver the
single three-state label Payment Pending -> Payment Due -> Paid that
   handover 12.9 specifies. That needs op_pay_icon.js / op_paid_state.js to
become credit-term aware, including stopping the 30-day default being
   applied to advance-payment deals.

REVERT: remove the one <link> tag for this file.
